Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

we have remote employees worldwide. Can anyone access Dynamics CRM online or is this only for those in the countries currently reported to offer his service. the Home office is in the US.

HI David,

Employees can access it world wide. WHen you register for crmonline, the datacenter that your crm online is created is is related to the country you specify. So if you specify us, it will be in a us data center or an european country it will be in europe. But in either case, users can connect from anywhere in the world.

We have UK office created an online trial, when we use it in US office, it failed with authentication at sign in. It seemed you cannot connect it from different REGION (NA, EMEA, APAC are three GEOs). It must have a way to connect it, anybody knows what extra settings we need? Thanks.
