Hi,

We observed the below "void status" values for certain voided card payments on the POS. Can anyone explain the difference between the two?

Force Voided

Payment voided

Force voided = User has selected Force void.

Payment voided = Void payment, when a customer wants to change the payment method such as change from cash to a credit card or change credit cards

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for the quick response. But what exactly is "Force void"? We have not provided such an option on the POS and I cannot see this operation on the button properties either.
