I'd like to know how can i see if that work id created for counting the location was ocuppied or empty. Is possible to see this in some view?
Is possible to classify this?
In view closed cycle count i can't see the location, only work id and number of recounts, closed work date.
In cycle count pending review i can see the deviation, the location, work id, number of recounts, closed work date.
But any view i don't know if the location was occupied or empty.

    Hi,

If you wish to see all the cycle count transactions data, all at once than one options is as Danny suggested to view the data in table browser, but the limitation is that it is read only and you only get to work with invent Dim IDs.

Alternatively, you can export the entire data of the table using excel add in and build the view as required. I find this very useful for reporting and analysis.

    Hello AR,
    Unfortunately, no.
Not sure you'll be able to use on a Production environment, but copy this extension at the end of your environment url (after the .com), you might be able to see the table's content:
    /?mi=SysTableBrowser&TableName=WHSCycleCountingWarehouseWorkLine

That is the table fused for the form displayed.

Danny Bilodeau thank for your reply.

    Hi,

If your location profiles are set to track location status than you can use the location status field to track empty locations. You can save this view and make a tile on the dashboard for regular access.

    Hi,
I re-read your question and realised that my previous answer did not address.  You are looking for a way to see after counting work was completed whether the location was empty before the count, correct?
If so, would you not be able to see using the Cycle Counting form?  The one displayed below.  In the expected quantity you should see "0" across the board if the location was empty.

Or, if you use Counting Plans, you could configure the Plan to exclude or Include Empty locations and use Work pools to differentiate expected empty locations from the other. Just run the Exclude empty firt, then run the Include empty after :

    Good luck!

    Hi,
Have you tried the "On-hand by location" screen? You can can "include empty locations" which will be appeared highlighted in green:

You can also consult the On-hand by location from the Work ID. So for counting work, you would do so with this menu button:
