credit card help

I am trying to set up new credit card processing on RMS and keep getting a network error.  i have been sent to this link https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/documentation/howtodocuments/preferred_acquirer_setup_so.htm?printpage=false

but cant get logged in to see the page and fix my issue.

    this page does not help resolve a network error.  usually this is because of a invalid or incomplete url,  or a entered value from the VAR sheet is invalid or entered incorrectly.

    double check all your settings within EDC configuration.
