Error 75 path file acess error HQClient.log

I need your help , when i try to open the HQ Cliente show me a message error 75 file acces error in the hqclient.log , i checked the path and is correct but if i try to move o delete the log dont let me.

Someone have a option that i can verify?

    you need to check the permissions to the directory and files.  Make sure you have read/write & create permissions for the system account and any account the client runs under.

    Hi thank for you answers,   the problem was that de user move some file to the main folder for mistake, so  i need to copy again all the folder.
