Stock allocation - calculation information issue

Hi All

We have an issue were by the system is allowing stock in zone 07-RD to be allocated (Reserved) to an order for 09-VNA

We 39 units in inventory
18 in 07-RD
2 in DES bins
19 in 09-VNA

The 18 units in RD is allocating to the below sales order for 09-VNA as per the order and customer card

Also the calculations on the fact boxes for reservations is incorrect and this needs sorting please as does not show a true picture of the reserved and available stock – causing confusion in the business

You are going to need to raise this issue with your Partner. Your questions relate to a Customization in your Business Central environment. For Example, "Pick Zone" is not a field on the Customer Card:

This is the result of a local Extension, or an AppSource Extension, deployed in your environment. You'll need your partner to assist with your functionality.

Ben is correct, the Pick Zone field is not something available out of the box in Business Central.
