Hi,

If a user has done some personalizations on specific pages and the person gets a new computer from which they log in to Business Central, why is it that the presonalizations do not follow ?

Are these not saved on the "user´s account" no matter what computer the person loggs in to from ?

We are running Business Central on Cloud version 19.4

Thanks,

I have the same question (0)

It should really be the same experience on any device but in some cases personalizations might get lost if the object your user have personalized have been upgraded due to a change in the base application or in a customization. Could that be the case here?
