Automatically extract data from tables

Our head office has asked to have a system that automatically extracts data from the BC365 tables - quotes generated, accounts overdue etc

I'm thinking this would be possible with the local server version of Dynamics/BC, but we are on the cloud version. Is this possible to extract the data this way?

    Power automate could be useful here. Both of these pieces of data could be extracted by an automated process. This can be scheduled and then put the result in a chosen destination like Sharepoint or OneDrive and then notify the required personnel.     Possible and not so difficult to do. In terms on performances and overhead on the saas tenant, best way is to schedule a process that calls an API page or API query executed in the read-only replica of the SaaS database.

    Hi,  What tool would you use to call the API i.e. ADF, Databricks or another tool.  Would like to pull data as close to real time as possible and keep costs down.  Any help appreciated
