Dynamics 365 Sales Integration - Quotes won't sync

We've installed the Dynamics 365 Sales Integration features.
 
We've managed to get Customers/Accounts, Contact, Products, Items, etc. working.
 
However when we create a CRM Quote (again with the already sync/coupled records) and activate it.  Nothing is sent over the Business Central.   Sales Quotes remains empty.
 
We've done manual synchronization runs, reconfiguration a few times. etc. with no luck.     There's no errors and jobs run successfully.
 
Any thoughts on what could be the source of the issue?

    Hi, have you enabled the following option? Please note that quotes must be activated.
    Sales Order Integration is Enable: Enable users to submit sales orders and activated quotes in Dynamics 365 Sales and then view and process them in Business Central. This setting integrates the process in Dynamics 365 Sales.

    Yes I believe so.  (see picture) unless your referring to another setting.
     
    and yes we do activate quotes.
     
    other thoughts or is there a different setting?

    Also noticed there's no opportunity job queue entry (yet opportunity exists in Integration Table Mapping).   
     
    Should there be one?   
     
    Wondering if something might be deleted.
