Cant open new cases in CRM

Hi potted history. Had CRM loaded onto my win 7 laptop all was well. set up a few cases to see how to do this but did not continue with them. Time moves on and I have upgraded to win 8 and then 8.. At some point after this I stopped being able to access anything other than the front page, clicking on anything would not allow me in. looked at this for a while and with help was told the problem was with Internet Explorer and that I should go to Chrome. This I did and wow it solved the problem. Last week I re visited the Cases to start logging technical stuff. However could not find (or remember) how to set up new ones. Looking on line it seems that my page does not have any '+New' kind of sections to allow for the creation on a new case. Is this a fault, finger problem or something else? In the mean time (last night in fact), I updated to win 10 (it was my time) and surprisingly (I have lots of experience with windows upgrades) it worked seamlessly. The new browser 'Edge' works the same as Chrome in that everything seems to work but I don't get to see anyway how to make a new case. Any clues please?

    MS is yet to add support of windows 10 to MS CRM.

    Hi Think you misunderstood. It is working as well under win 10 as it did in win 8 and 8.1. I was asking why I cant open cases not how to get it to work under win 10. There may be complex things that don't work but I don't use them. So again the problem is why cant I open any new cases?

    Hi Kevin,

    Things will work but somethings here and there may fault like the problem you are facing as MS has created new OS which is an extension of the old and new browser which is all new but made to be compatible with the sites that exists. So some problems might come, sorry if I misunderstood your question

    thanks for the feed back but the problem was there before I installed win 10 and is still there after. That is the only reason I mentioned win 10. What I want to know is why I don't have any means to create new cases but can still do everything else that I currently do.

    HI thank you for taking the time to comment on this issue but I think I must be unclear in my explanation. This has nothing to do with win 10. Win 10 is in fact fine as far as I can see with CRM. The problem I have pre exists 10 with my win 8.1 set up  and it is just HOW DO I GET TO CREATE NEW CASES? The screen I have when I go into it shows me cases I have set up in the past but I cant see anyway of making a new case. There is no +New or some form of Create new case button in my page but on the web training sites there is. So my question is Why cant I create new cases, this is now under windows 10 but the same lack was there under win 8.1 so forget about win 10 support and just focus on the fact that I don't know how I can create new cases. This could very well be 'finger trouble' as I am new to CRM may be it would be better to ask 'How do you create a new case' and I can explain how far I can get.
