Hi potted history. Had CRM loaded onto my win 7 laptop all was well. set up a few cases to see how to do this but did not continue with them. Time moves on and I have upgraded to win 8 and then 8.. At some point after this I stopped being able to access anything other than the front page, clicking on anything would not allow me in. looked at this for a while and with help was told the problem was with Internet Explorer and that I should go to Chrome. This I did and wow it solved the problem. Last week I re visited the Cases to start logging technical stuff. However could not find (or remember) how to set up new ones. Looking on line it seems that my page does not have any '+New' kind of sections to allow for the creation on a new case. Is this a fault, finger problem or something else? In the mean time (last night in fact), I updated to win 10 (it was my time) and surprisingly (I have lots of experience with windows upgrades) it worked seamlessly. The new browser 'Edge' works the same as Chrome in that everything seems to work but I don't get to see anyway how to make a new case. Any clues please?
