Year End Update Download Not Working

I am having trouble downloading the year end update files. I have tried on two different computers, and have checked popup settings, ActiveX settings and installed the latest version of the Microsoft File Transfer Manager without luck. Can anyone help?

    Thank you Mahmoud. VIsiting the site in IE9 compatibility mode in developer tools on IE resolved the problem.
