Dynamics 365 - Word Templates - Hide empty subgrids

Hi all,

In a Dynamics 365 form it is possible that there are some empty subgrids (because they actually do not have data related to the principal entity).

If that form is entirely mapped in a Word Template, these subgrids will be displayed as empty tables in the extracted Word Document: for each subgrid without data only the column headers will be displayed.

Question: is it possible to make the template-based Word document display only the subgrid tables that are actually populated in the form?
A single empty table in a document can be a negligible, but if there are several subgrids in the form and if many of them are empty it's not nice to see to see on the Word Document.
