Hello All,

Do you know where I can download a copy of RMS_HQ_Users_Guide_V2.pdf, in fact any official MS manuals related to RMS? I seem to be going in circles on Google, running into broken link after broken link,

    Hello ElectroCute,

    I understand that you are looking for some type of RMS HQ user guide. Our guides for RMS can be found on CustomerSource and PartnerSource. However, you have to have a plan and access to our webpages to use them. You can find the guide for HQ at the following webpage:

    https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/northamerica/RMSPOS/downloads/service-packs/RMS20INSTALL

    When you open this link and scroll to the very bottom you will see different .PDF files for download there will indeed be one called  "RMS_HQ_Users_Guide_V2.pdf."
