Is there any possibility to export data from the exact view as a .csv file instead of .xlsx?

    Hi

It depends on where you want this functionality? If you export from CRM Advance Find, then it will export .XLSX and you can save as .CSV from excel manually.

If you want data from CRM dropped as a CSV file for some external system to pickup, you might have to use custom code or use SSIS.

Thank for the information. Right now I am exporting the data to .xlsx and saving as .csv. Exactly as you wrote, I need .csv to import it to an external system. This manual import will be temporary. I thought that I could easily change the extension of the exported file.

Unfurtunately, you the UI does not support .CSV extension for export as the file is in Office XML format.  You will have to open and save as CSV. When you automate this process, you can do CSV export.

You could have a look at the following link as it allows you to do scheduled export and import of data

Pawelk, what kind of an external system are you using? You can export data to a CSV using Skyvia Export tool. Here's how
