    Open BC Administration.

    Expand Client Services tab. change the size limit in the Max Upload Size

    then restart the service and retry.

    if you face the same issue you have to check Max upload size on IIS

    partner is trying but they couldn't solve it and i send to Microsoft technical support waiting for replay
