Open BC Administration.

Expand Client Services tab. change the size limit in the Max Upload Size

then restart the service and retry.

if you face the same issue you have to check Max upload size on IIS

i did it but same issue max upload size on IIS is default 30000000

The file size is 900KB is small and system is gave me this massage
