Moving Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to a New Server Hardware

I have a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 V5 with update Roll-up 18 = SQL 2008 R2 running on WIN2008R2. I want to move the whole thing -application, the Database etc., to a new WIN20102R2 box. Could someone help me with the steps to follow or point me to a step-by-step tutorial to accomplish this project, please?
Appreciate much.
Oswald

Check out the compatibility list below:

    support.microsoft.com/.../compatibility-with-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011

Windows Server 2012 R2 is not compatible with Dynamics CRM 2011.

If you can install Hyper V on that server, I would recommend having one VM for CRM and one for SQL. That way you can have a VM running Windows Server 2012 instead of 2012 R2.

    Hope this helps.
