Power apps with Standard Connections giving a message This app uses features that Come with a Power Apps Premium Plan. Start a trial to use these features

I was trying the Microsoft Production Ready App Template for MS Teams called :Incentives.

The App is using all Standard connections like "Office 365 Group", "Office 365 Users" and "SharePoint" I could not able to find any Premium Features for this app, But still giving the Below Message. I am using E3 Licenses.

Does any one had similar issue, What was the reason? how could you solve it?
