We are using CRM 365 on-premise v9 update 0.3 and Exchange Server 2016 on-premise. When I tried to setup Server-side Synchronization, I got this error:
Issue connecting the exchange server for mailbox. Please make sure you have upgraded your exchange server and have the right updates installed.
I am not sure what updates it needs. We have the same setup on CRM 365 Version 8 and it works. Any help?
