Avoid sending outgoing emails from test systems/sandbox

Hi,

I'm new to business central and are currently working with a free trial period to evaluate the system and evaluate what is required to migrate.

In this process I have now run a test to migrate my real productive data to business central including for example customer master data with real email addresses.

Next I would like to test processes and flows with this real data, but of course I do not want to sent any invoices etc. to my customers.

Is it possible to keep the valid email setup and somehow prevent the emails from being sent - or even better limit the sending to a few selected test email addresses?

Hello,

That is good question. I do not think that if you use a working SMTP mail server and true email addresses that you can restrict the sending, best probably is to create few test mail addresses instead just to avoid you to spam your own customers.
