Shopify order resync

Hi all,

I have not used the Shopify connector to BC so newbie question. I have two Shopify orders where the posting group was not setup for the customers. I fixed that but I do not see a way to resend/sync from Shopify or from any menu option so the order gets created in BC. Funny that when I did a search, all things point to an option in the Shop Card to toggle the sync but it is no where on the Shop Card page.
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

That toggle you found in the old posts is not on the Shop Card anymore in the newer versions, so you are not missing anything, the sync works different now.
For your two orders that failed because of the posting group, you do not need to send them again from Shopify. Just go in BC and search "Shopify Orders". The orders are already there, only they did not become Sales Orders because of the error. Select the order and use the action to create the sales document. Now the posting group is fixed so it will go ok.

If for some reason the two orders are not in that list, then run the action to sync the orders from Shopify and they will come again.

    Hello,
The toggle you found in old posts is probably Auto Sync Orders on the Shopify Shop Card, but for your case you don’t need to toggle anything: go to Shopify Shops > open the shop > Orders > Sync Orders from Shopify, or just search for the Sync Orders From Shopify batch job; if the order already exists in the Shopify Orders page but failed before creating the BC sales order, open/select it and run Create Sales Documents after fixing the customer/customer template posting group. Also check Shopify Orders to Import / Shopify Orders for Has Error to see the original failed import; if the orders were archived in Shopify, BC won’t import them until you unarchive them in Shopify.
