Hi,
I am wanting to deliver another item from a Sales order which is partly delivered/invoiced already. The sales order is an item requirement and linked to a project but when I input my deliver now quantity and go to post a delivery note the action menu link isn't available and greyed out.
The customer is not on hold nor are there any order holds on the system, I've cleared any output orders against the lines which aren't used and shouldn't be used anyway but I still cannot understand what setup/data could be preventing this from being greyed out.
To save me from checking the enable/disable logic around this control I hope someone could shed some light on this.
