Dear All,

I am trying to build a report which can take Budget Detail IV Items from PA01303 and compare the same against current stock in inventory and give the information whether there is shortage or available of items.  Did anyone did this if so please share your experience or suggest what is the best way to achieve this.

thanks,

babu

    Hi babu,

How do you want it to work if the same item number is included on multiple budgets?

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi Leslie,

Thanks for your reply.  I wanted to list the item number on first column, second column with contract no.,(multiple), third column with qty for each contract, fourth column is sum of all qty, fifth column qty on hand  and sixth column remaining qty available (+-).  Let me know what you think.

    thanks,

    babu

    Yes,

As long as you manage to group by the header in order to avoid duplications.

    Babu,

You can also write the SQL view to add this on smartlist report.
