Is there a way to add Over 90 day bucket on the A/R aging by Due date. When we run it by "trans date" transaction date it will display the over 90 day bucket. But when we run it by due date it only display Over 60.

I have the same question (0)

Hi Thardy, yes it should be possible. By setting the Aged Receivables parameters as shown below I will have have the following aging buckets:

    • Not Due
    • 1-30 Days
    • 31-60 Days
    • 61-90 Days
    • Before 90 Days i.e. 91 Days +

As you can see from the report preview below, I have the desired aging buckets when the report is executed by Due Date. I have chosen period length of 30D to have the buckets in 30 day periods.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi David,

It appears we do not have "Heading Type"

Could this be a setting that we need to turn on?

David are you using an add-on? Your screen is not standard BC

No, mine is a standard Microsoft CDX demo environment, version 19.5. It's a GB localisation.

The field Heading Type alters the labels on my headers. I have two options 1) Date Interval - This shows the start and end day of each aging bucket period, 2) Number of Days - This shows the aging bucket in Not Due, 0-30 Days etc.

It's possibly a GB Localisation of the report so may not be available in the local version you are running however the report is in the standard object range (Report ID 120) and not a GB object ID. Can you confirm the Report ID for the report you are running?

Hi, just to add some info, I have confirmed this feature in both BC19.5 w1 and BC20.0 w1 versions. So I think this should not be a GB-specific Localization function. This may be a custom report that duplicates the original report.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.
