We are an engineering consulting firm. We set up each customer Purchase Order (PO) as a Job in BC. Resource hours are charged against the PO, and we invoice monthly. Some customer POs require us to notify them when we’ve invoice 80% of the total PO amount. How do I set up automatic notifications (by email, preferably) when our total invoices against a specific Job lave exceeded a certain limit? Thanks in advance.
