    Hi,

It seems that the optionset value in account is not matching with NAV account, check more in the error message and see from which attribute it is coming.

    Hi Mohit,

thanks for your reply. How do mean by "optionset value"?

I check the Event Viewer for my client machine and server machine and I don't find anything related with this error. How can I checl more details with CRM Online?

    Thanks.

    Hi Rickard,

On Dynamics I'm using the "Synchronize now" button (Send or get updated data to or from Microsoft Dynamics CRM).

    Then I see a message:

"The Customer record is not coupled to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Do you want to create a coupling?"

Tick the Create a New Account tick box.

    After that I click Ok

The synchronisation failed because of the following error:

Inserting Account failed because of the following error: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

    Hi,

may be there are some dropdown(optionset) fields in CRM and having different values suppose there is a dropdown type in crm same exist in NAV but type in CRM have 1- A , 2-B, 3-C and in NAV type field have 1-A, 2-B but not 3-C and if you have a record in CRM which have type C then it will give you that error as 3-C is not available in NAV  "Index was outside the bounds of the array."

    Hi,

Are there any setup for the integration that you can fiddle with or perhaps see logs from? Is this the new NAV/CRM-connector using Office 365?

Do you get an index out of bound exception when you're inserting an int in an optionset that is not present in CRM?

    Thanks both!

The issue was related with the default mapping made by Dynamics NAV.

For some reason the synchronization process doesn't like the variables Option<->Text.
