Hi All :

I Followed all steps to setup and configure wave label Printing mentioned in MS docs site Wave label printing - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn . Label enumeration generated correctly but my Problem is that only 1st label printed but other labels are not Printed in spite of being enumerated.

Asking your Help on this issue

Label enumeration

- 1st label Printed Physically and can be re-printed.

- Other labels are not Printed and even when Pressing /Print label/ button , below error message appears :

Hi,
The specific cause cannot be determined based on the error message alone, it is only broadly recommend you to check the settings. You can try to check the error log to see if it provides more detailed information. And hope the links below are helpful.

Dear Hana :

Thanks for your reply. I checked my configuration compared to Links you thankfully sent and monitored Printing Process either on Virtual on Physical Printer However results still the same. 1st labels Printed and other labels are NOT.

Concerning error message "Cannot print labels. No records exist in wave label history table." , I still searching for the reason.

Dear All :

The reason for this behavior is that ZPL Code in Body was NOT enclosed between tag <Row name="waveLabel"></Row>. After adding it system behaved as expected.

in Wave label layouts

add tag <Row name="waveLabel"> in beginning of body code

Then add closing tag </Raw> after zpl code in Body section.

Finally thanks to all whom commit this Problem analysis.

Hi Issac,

I am facing same issue but in my case I have checked all the configuration and I am still unable to print labels .

Any idea where I am doing wrong ?
