Delete previously existing dummy data on a New account

Need help in deleting the dummy data on my Business Central newly formed account.

Please advise.

If there is posted data, this cannot be deleted.

It is recommended to create a new Company or New environment.

And if you are referring to user data, you can disable this user and re-create a new user.

By deleting the data I meant to delete the dummy data which Business Central provides during the start of their interface.

How to delete this Cronus (Dummy Company) data?

These are Cronus data. You can delete part of the unposted data and master data, but there is no way to delete it completely. It is recommended to recreate a new Company.

you can not "delete" sample data from a cronus company in BC. If you need a fresh start, you could create a new company only with setup data, but you need to create sample data yourself.

This involves lots of works. Depending on what you want to do. Users normally keep sample data for testing/learning/demo purposes.

You can use the following free app to delete sample data in an existing company such as Cronus - Record Deletion Tool - Business Central Deep Dive (navinsights.net)

But as the other users mentioned, its probably a lot easier to simply create a new empty company
