How can we use EFT for Payables in GP?

Microsoft GP 2010. 

Our boss would love to cut down on live checks issued when we do our vendor check runs. He has been told that GP has a way where we can link a vendor or individual's bank information so that we can process a payment through GP. If possible, how can we go about doing so?

    You know thumb rule, Boss is always right! lol. 

    He is right. You can achieve using "EFT" instead of cutting checks. Need to work with your partner for same or let me know if you need any help on this.

    Thank you for confirming that this can be done Sandip. However, would you be kind enough to shed some light on how we can begin to set this up? Is this something we must coordinate with our company's bank? Or is this something we can simple do on our own by going into the admin controls and adding bank information for each vendor?
