Can not create Maintenance check list in Maintenance job type defaults

Hi All,

I have received an warming "Field 'Maintenance Checklist template' must be filled in." and Error "Validation failed for table Maintenance Checklist template" while I'm trying to add new line in the Maintenance checklist lines. The system not showing the new line for me to fill in the information. I have create new line in Maintenance job type defaults and check several times but same result. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

I am using the D365FO.

Please check if any other customization has caused this error, or if the error is caused by something besides the form.You can contact your development colleagues as they can debug and trace the errors.
