Landed Cost - Under delivery not functioning as documented.

Dear Experts,

We are having issues with the function of the Goods in Transit receipt for under delivery, in fact whilst over delivery creates a transaction it fails to permit completion.

The message received is:

Goods in transit order - ReceiveGoods in transit number: xxAU-13xxxxxxxx Cannot receive quantity 8.00 because inventory transactions with status Ordered, Arrived or Registered are insufficient.

However, after upgrade to version 10.0.24 this temporarily worked as the remaining qty of the GIT order was deprecated based on the registered quantity, this is no longer happening and the Journal entry was created which now permits the creation of a Credit Note PO or a Movement.

As long as the Remaining Quantity of the Receive for Goods in Transit has deprecated the Remaining Qty.  This is not happening in all cases?

To assist the developers what was changed between the releases 10.0.22 and 10.0.24?

Regards

    Hello Will,

Thank you for your reply, I do not see anything in this release that helps me narrow down the issue we are observing. with Landed Costs Under/Over receipt handling?

Perhaps I missed what you are pointing me too ?

    Regards

    Simon
