Yes, there is a performance difference in App and Browser .In App ,we get good speed of Transactions instead of Browser(web client).
As long as you are in Business Central online. There should not be much noticeable performance difference from the mobile app to the browser. Is there?
Browser base ERP operating have some short of slowness instead of Mobile App.
I have user in our factory premises where i use KIOSK (Tablet) for Production transaction.

But same when i try to open in a tablet client it not get open and showing same error message.
if you have Busincess central Tablet client App details please share the link or name of same app.

Then you should try what others have suggested - use a browser window instead of the mobile app.
That should solve your issue.
As suggested by peopleeater try to use browser some types of pages are not supported by app.
Also it is as per Microsoft Documentation

The solution is to try using a device with a larger screen as the experts above said, but I was thinking if we can also try to open the page using a web browser on your phone? Let's give it a try and see if you can open the page you want.

But i already use 22 inch Screen size(KIOSK) machine for operation Production transaction.
Rest of the transaction working ok only item tracking and production journal transaction not opening.
The solution is to use a device with a larger screen for those operations.
