I have Created new web page access control rule to restrict read on Test web page and also created new web role named as testing and assigned that web role to the contact and to the web page access control rule.

Issue : User who don't have that role are also able to see that particular Page.

I am not understanding where I am going wrong.

I am working on Partner Portal.

Hello,

Please check you have enabled Entity Permissions on the entity form

you can follow as in this link

docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-entity-permissions

you have to change your portal from partner to administrator, create a new web page access rule by enabling group policy settings and assigning a role to the main user.
