non-profit resale shop trying to use metrologics ms 951 scanner with pos 2009 but won't recognize. Is there some settings that I should look for that I may have overlooked ?

Are you able to see the Metrologic MS951 Scanner in the installed list/control panel?
Which OS are you using? Have you restated the Scanner and the PC?
Is it USB or Serial?
