Unable to access CRM application (On premise 365) without appending main.aspx

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue,  unable  to access our CRM application (On premise 365)  without appending main.aspx. Getting error like “HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

 

http://<servername>/<orgname>/main.aspx - working fine

http://<servername>/<orgname> - not working

http://<servername> - working fine ( Redirecting to default organization)

 

 

Nothing is logging in trace logs ( CRM Trace and IIS logs).

 

Could someone have faced this problem in dynamics 365 on premise  or have some suggestion to solve this problem would be appreciated.
