In various places I read that when importing Permission Sets into Business Central through Rapidstart, these Permission Sets receive designation User-Defined, which makes sense. However, when adding Permission Sets to a Business Central database using Rapidstart, these Permission Sets become type 'System', which makes no sense to me and also means that I can no longer make any changes to them or delete them, since they are now part of the System set.
Any idea why this happens? It seems like a mistake to me, but not sure what's causing this or how to fix it. Could it be because I am importing into tables 2000000004 and 2000000005 rather than 2000000165 and 2000000166?
Thanks!

Hello,
Not sure why when using Rapid Start system set by default the Type as "System" if at your Excel file is set as "User Defined", right?
Anyways what I can say is when doing an insert of a new permission Set directly at BC Permissions Set Page the Table that is initially called is Table 9009.
and from there we access to Table Tenant Permission (2000000166)
Hope this can help you.
