View in Sub Grid but no Associated

Hello

I have a parent record Partner and when I log a phone call appertaining to it, the calls displays in the sub grid in the record but there are no entries in the associated view when I navigate to calls from within the partner record. Why might this be please?

You can check whether Filter criteria for both view are same or not

Hi,

I would suggest you to see the filter on each views. See if there any differences.

Thanks, as you can see in image 1 all the phone records show but in 2 only one, incidentally that one was added in the associated the record, the others were added elsewhere,

Could you share some screenshot please? Most probably the the associated view might have a filter
