When our cutomer is woking with Servcie management module they use the job Create contract servcir orders. But the issue is thata in the code the Status is harcoded to create new Servcie orders that are all exept "pending" as status so if you have a contract and created the service order and then change the status on the Service order the Report will create a new one cause of the hardcoded filter for the same contract and period. Do anyone know Why? is there a reason for the job to create new orders when they have changed the status in the same period?
