we have a mechanism to generate quote reports through SSRS and attach it to email with help of a plugin. to send the emails out we use Team queues and personal email addresses interchangeably. we have recently updated our exchange servers to 2016 version. we use email router to deliver emails to and from CRM online. The problem is that recently there have been some cases where recipients have complained that the emails sent from system (CRM) are going to their spam folders when sender is a team email address/Queue. the same recipients used to receive emails fine until recently.
Any suggestions where to start looking for resolution? we are using 2016 update 1.
