Case status - task and workflow

Hi,

My scenario:

I have a case thats was opened 1/07/2018

The case was closed in 4/07/2018

My goal is to close all the cases in 4 days

That is the happy path

What do I need

In 22/11/2018, reopen that july case, 01/07/2018

To fill another fields, even if the case is closed

The challenge is that the day that I reactivate the july case restarts the count of my goal, that was perfect (4 days), but after the reactivate action it counts no more 4 days but +90 days over the case

How do I fullfill fields if a case is closed without influence my goal?

Could you please help me to solve this?
