No error message is reported when sending emails and we only noticed because some critical documents were not sent.
Suspect this relates to the change to have a List of Text for recipients rather than just a Text field in SMTP mail code unit rather than a flat text.
However, the fact that no one picked up the implications and they are not automatically parsing what was a standard method for multiple recipients is very disappointing. There is also no way to actually now add multiple recipients.
