400Our customers received this week a letter from the CBS that from next year a change in the ICL will happen. This is planned as of the new EU decision (Reg. 2019-2152). The change needs to be availabe on januari 1st.
The change needs to be available on january 2021. Our customers are required to send the data with the new and changed fields.
The following will change:
- Partner ID: This is the foreign VAT-Number of the customer inthe EU-Country to where the goods are deliverd too. The first to positions of the 17-digits code needs to agree with the alfabetical country code of the EU-Country. When no foreign VAT-Number is known, then the code QV999999999999 can be filled in. This can also be used when the goods are deliverd to a non-vat party.
- Country of origin
This is the country where the goods are original from.
The following fields will be changed:
- Transaction Type: From 2021 besides the first digit in the code list, also the second digit for the transaction type needs to be deliverd. Aslo the code list will be changed.
The following field wil be removed:
- Statistic stelsel
It looks like the changes is the same as they use in the Belgium.
This is important for our customers.
