Hi All,
We have identified an anomaly with our D365 implementation and would appreciate your input.
Data was updated within D365; however, the corresponding records did not appear in the data lake until approximately five days later. Notably, the timestamp on the data reflects the original update (i.e. five days prior), meaning that although the data was visible within the application, it was not available in the data lake during that period.
We are using Synapse Link to synchronise data to the data lake. From the Synapse Link configuration, the table remained active throughout, but the “last sync” timestamp had not updated despite recent data changes. Could you advise on what might cause such a delay in synchronisation via Synapse Link? Additionally, are there any logs, diagnostics, or processes we can review to better understand the root cause of this lag?
Thanks in advance
