Dear Team,
I am Using Dynamic 365 CRM from some time, where I am using click to call functionality.
Previously click to call was working fine when the displaying number was a link(on click of the button a call was happening from the applicationlinked with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM), but now the UI is changed and the link is changed to a button and on click of that no actions is triggering.
Please let me know what possible changes can be done to make the button work as expected.

we have done CTI integration in crm organisation url.
onclick on Business phone we are doing click to call feature using "ClicktoDial_MakeCall_ActionCall" Action
which is triggering MakeCall event to our application by passing Bussiness Phone Number to our application.

in older version USD design we are able to make click to call feature , onclick of BUssiness Number which was a hyperlink.
In current version, Bussiness number is a button, on click of which we are not getting Makecall event to our application.
I am able to click to call.. infact its opening Skype client and phone call activity when I click on "call/phone" icon.
You will have to check if your form is having any JS which is blocking .. or perhaps your pop-up blocker is disabled or not...
also make sure you save the record first.
Could you some screenshots and if possible more details about your requirement?
