I have been trying to find out the best ways of doing the CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) with CRM, I have found USD but after looking in to it I am not sure, will it provide full support for CTI inbound and outbound calls or not. It never says clearly anywhere or I am failing to find it.
For inbound calls you need to have a subscription of the notification with the server.
What is the best way to go? Using USD or any other method?
