Yellowmarked field which are greyed out in my form

During my test set up of Engineering Change Management I have reached the point of testing Engineering Change Request.
Im not able to save since the fields: Requested by, On and Status are greyed out.

Anyone having an idea what I could have missed or what I need to set up to get this to work?

The requestor needs to be registered as a person connected to the user. Then this works.
