What is TableData 50363 error

Hi All,
What is the problem ? 
I'm not able to post only this SO
Other So have no issue.

    What is TableData 50363 error
    Hi, It looks like you have a customized table 50363, but the current user does not have read permissions for 50363 tabledata.
    Please add a permission set to Permission Sets and then assign it to this user.
