How should i create a ticket, with unique Ticket number, from an email, that will be considered as auto-reply to the customer.
Please Guide !

You can use workflow to do that for simple requirement.
If requirement is more complicated, you can use plugin to extend your business.

You can create ticket and send email to customer through
"Settings>>Service Management>>Automatic Record Creation and Update Rules" in CRM.
You need to enable this option "Send automatic email response to customer on record creation" and need to create an email template.
