Hello Team!

I want to import products using data management but it failed and gave an error message

Results. The value 'P-000001' in field 'Product number' is not found in the related table 'All products'.
Results. Validations failed"

    Does the number exist in your Products table? You must first load Products before you can load Released Products.

    I uploaded it to all product first then released it to the legal entities

    Hi Simiat,

    I recommend you when you import Products you use this entities and steps:

    • Released products creation v2
    • Released products v2
    • Product default order settings v3 (if needed)
    • Item coverage v2 (if needed)
    • Product translations (if needed)

    The error you got was because you didn't had the item number in All products table. 

    This is created when you use released product creation entity like mentioned above.
