Associated View Open New Window Right Click Option Gone After Sort

Hi,

When looking at a CRM 2013 opportunity view, I can right click on a record and open it in a new window. After sorting the same view, when I right click on a record, "Open In New Window" option is not available anymore. (See two images for reference)

How can we make it available at all times?

    Hi Anatoliy,

     looks like some kind of bug - just tried this in V9 and did not find any issues. Might make sense to just contact Microsoft support and see if they are aware of it (Although, since it's 2013.. did you try other browsers just in case?)

    Hi Alex - Same behavior in all browsers. Definitely is a bug. Thank you for confirming.

    We don't consider this a high enough priority to pursue with Microsoft to fix in 2013. Will just have to wait until we upgrade.
