Engineer change management - Attributes - fixed list values are missing in categories and products

Hi guys

Anyone experience with "Engineer change management"? To be precise with the attributes in this module?

I have an issue getting the attribute values in the categories.

I already setup the "Attribute types" as "Text" with a fixed list. I was able to connect this attributes with the "Engineering attributes" and as you see, I'm able to see the fixed list values in the "default value" field.

In the category or the product there is just the default value available. The connection to the values in the fixed list is missing in a way. Do I have to setup another thing to get this up and running?

Any clue?

Thanks!

    Hi Fabian,

Which type of product category are you using for attribute type?

    Thanks for your answer!

I'm using the "Engineering product category details". The product category in the module. You don't have access to another one from this area as I see. Neither you can setup the the "Engineering Product Hierarchy" manually I think.

Does this sound right or do you have another knowledge about that?

    Hi Fabian,

I am currently experiencing the same problem. Did you find a way to solve it?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi Sophie

Unfortunately I didn't find a solution. But in my project I didn't use it.

But now I've just tested again. In the Version 10.0.21 it works fine as I see.

Which version do you work with?

    Hi Fabian,

    Thank you for your answer.

I was using the version 10.0.22 but I tried on the 10.0.21 and it still does not work...

I did exactly the same as you, but do you think I have to setup something else ?

    Thanks

    Hi Sophie

I don't know where the difference could be. I can show you here what I did but I'm sure you have the same.
I know in my case this didn't work at the time I wrote this question. Now it works perfectly. I'm not sure if there were some changes in feature management or so. I hope you'll find a solution.

    Hi Fabian,

Thank you for your answer, it is indeed what I have done...

But actually it seems that synchronizing the DB of the concerned environment might solve the issue.
